Rivit expands its range of fastening systems with the new RIV920 and RIV930 models – hydropneumatic tools for threaded rivet nuts up to M12, designed to meet the needs of modern industry with a winning combination of reliability, ease of use and affordability. The new solutions are the result of more than fifty years of experience in fastening systems and are designed for small and medium-intensity industrial applications where consistent performance, operational versatility and ergonomics are essential. Compact and well-balanced, the RIV920 and RIV930 provide practical and efficient operation even in dynamic production environments.
RIV920 is ideal for installing RIVSERT female threaded rivet nuts from M3 to M8 and RIVBOLT male threaded rivet nuts from M4 to M8. The tool stands out for its low weight and ease of handling, weighing only 1.6 kg and delivering a force of 20.7 kN at 6 bar. The 8 mm stroke is adjustable via a ring nut, while one-stage operation ensures precision and continuous operation.

With a force of 30.6 kN at 6 bar and a weight of 1.9 kg, it is the ideal solution for applications requiring greater power and fastening capacity, while maintaining ergonomics and ease of use.

Both models are equipped with a quick unscrewing button, which simplifies maintenance and tool change operations. The kits are also compatible with the Italian manufacturer’s RIV730 and RIV740 battery-powered riveting tools, ensuring continuity and optimisation of the equipment already available in the workshop.
