Vertical Hydropneumatic Tool for Rivet Nuts – RIV949
The RIVIT hydropneumatic tool is designed for installing Rivsert female threaded rivet nuts in aluminium and steel from M3 to M12 and in stainless steel up to M10. It also enables the installation of Rivbolt male threaded rivet nuts from M4 to M8.
The tool features a two-stage trigger, stroke adjustment and automatic spin-on by positioning the mandrel in the rivet nut. In the first stage, the rivet nut is deformed, while in the second stage, the tool performs the spin-off operation.
Thanks to its hydropneumatic system and high-quality mechanical design of the internal components, the tool is reliable, less susceptible to wear and suitable for long-term and efficient use in demanding production environments.
