Quick setup and easy operation
FAB and RAF tools are extremely easy to install and operate.
Torque is adjusted externally – simply turn the clutch adjustment ring according to the required torque setting. Each screwdriver operates in combination with a control unit. When the clutch is activated, the electronic control circuit cuts power to the screwdriver motor as soon as the preset torque has been reached.
Easy maintenance
Maintenance requires only annual replacement of the carbon brushes and lubrication of the gears. EDU1FR control units for FAB and RAF screwdrivers feature advanced, maintenance-free electronics with no wearing components. This design ensures very low current through the screwdriver’s start and clutch switches, significantly extending their service life.

All FAB and RAF models come standard with ESD-safe housings for protection against electrostatic discharge.
The electric motor not only ensures energy-efficient operation but also eliminates emissions and contributes to a quieter working environment (noise level below 55 dB(A)). An ergonomic grip, lightweight construction, and compact design provide maximum operator comfort.
Basic and advanced functionalities: FAB and RAF models operate in combination with EDU1FR series controllers, which function as an AC/DC converter and torque controller with adjustable soft start and rotational speed. Additional functionalities are available when used with EDU2AE/FR controllers or EDU1FR/SG in combination with the ACE screw counter.
