Rivit introduces its new range of battery-powered riveters:
the safest and most reliable way to fasten rivet nuts and blind rivets.

Ozzano dell’Emilia (BO). The Emilia-based company, which has been operating with reliability and precision in the field of fastening systems for manufacturing, construction and retail for 50 years, introduces a new range of battery-powered riveting tools featuring powerful brushless motors and long-lasting batteries. The riveters are specifically designed for installing blind rivets and rivet nuts of various sizes and materials across a wide range of applications. Rivit’s battery-powered riveting tools are versatile enough to meet the needs of both professional users and DIY enthusiasts.

The range includes two battery-powered riveting tools for blind rivets (RIV710 and RIV720) and two tools for installing rivet nuts (RIV730 and RIV740).

The two models designed for blind rivets feature an ergonomic handle with a soft rubber grip for improved operator comfort, a 27 mm stroke, and are equipped with an 18 V / 2.0 Ah / 36 Wh battery and a 100–240 V / 50–60 Hz battery charger. The tools provide easy and practical installation of blind rivets in steel and major steel alloys. They are equipped with a practical container for collecting spent mandrels, a pull activation button, and an LED system with a battery charge indicator and work area illumination.

RIV710 allows the installation of blind rivets with diameters from 2.4 to 4.8 mm, while RIV720, thanks to the supplied interchangeable jaw opener kit, is ideal for blind rivets from Ø 2.4 to Ø 6.4 mm.

The battery-powered tools for rivet nuts are equipped with a soft, ergonomic handle for a secure grip and improved operator comfort. They feature a practical start button, an LED lighting system, and a touch panel that allows users to adjust and select the most suitable function for their needs.

Both models feature a 10 mm stroke and are equipped with an 18 V / 2.0 Ah / 36 Wh battery and a 100–240 V / 50–60 Hz battery charger. They differ in terms of maximum force and the sizes of rivet nuts they can install.

RIV730 is ideal for rivet nuts from M3 to M8 (M10 in aluminium only) and delivers a force of 20,000 N, while RIV740 reaches 28,000 N and can install rivet nuts from M3 to M12.

The packaging solutions developed by the Ozzano dell’Emilia-based company for this product range focus on sustainability and practicality.

RIV710 and RIV730 are packaged in practical cardboard boxes, contributing to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly approach to battery-powered tools. RIV720 and RIV740, on the other hand, are supplied in dedicated carrying cases that include a wide range of accessories and two batteries.

Like all other Rivit riveting tools, the new range of battery-powered tools is covered by repair and maintenance services, providing customers with professional support both before and after purchase.
